Shipping Policy

We know you’ll be keen to welcome your new Parker Road pieces into your space, so we aim to pack and dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 Australia-wide. Spend $150 or more and your shipping is on us.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Order processing

Online shop orders are generally dispatched within approximately 2 business days of purchase.

​

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via Australia Post or one of our trusted courier partners, depending on the items purchased and your delivery location.

​

Delivery timeframes will vary. Once your order has been dispatched, transit times are determined by the delivery provider and are outside Parker Road’s control.

Packaging with purpose

Wherever possible, we reuse and recycle packaging materials to help reduce waste. Your parcel may not arrive in a perfectly polished box, but we promise the good stuff is on the inside.

Shipping delays

While we’ll always do our best to dispatch your order promptly, delays can occasionally occur during peak periods, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Checking your delivery details

Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Parker Road cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete details provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll work with the delivery provider to investigate and help find a resolution.
