SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Processing of Orders
We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. If you place an order on a non-business day, we will process the order within the next two business days.
Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as Parker Road is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
Unless specified, or click and collect, orders from Parker Road are shipped via Australia Post and are usually sent within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 2-5 business days.
Shipping cost does not include insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
At Parker Road we aim to have happy customers that love their purchases! However if for one of the reasons outlined below you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange items in your order or provide you with a store credit/refund provided you are eligible.
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit:
(1) your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging still intact and in saleable condition;
(2) not be a sale item; and
(3) your returns request must be submitted via email within 10 days of receipt of your order
Upon receipt, we will review your return request and, if approved, we will provide details on how you should return your items. We note that you should:
(a) package your item(s) appropriately to ensure they will not be damaged in transit (any damage during transit will be your responsibility as we are unable to accept returns for items that arrive damaged); and
(b) use a tracked service with insurance, as we are unable to accept liability for return parcels not received by us
Once we receive your return we will process it within 5 business days.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) and any exchange items (unless faulty). A re-shipping fee will be applicable in the event you would like an exchange.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind, or other similar circumstances that do not require a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your approved refund within 21 business days, please contact your bank. There is often some time before a refund processes through our banking facilities and clears into accounts. If you have contacted your bank but have still have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.
